The hotel is situated in a lovely neighborhood with tree-lined streets and is just a short walk from the train station, malls, and restaurants. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available. the rooms are spacious, and the staff is very accommodating, with minor requests being fulfilled without hassle. the hotel has an onsen and features great views from its upper floors.

The hotel could improve the variety of utensils available to use.

During my Christmas stay, the breakfast was impressive, and the view from the top floor was stunning. The hotel's location near the train station and the shopping center was also convenient. It was lovely strolling around the neighborhood, which had plenty of greenery.

The lack of utensils in the room, especially during tea time, was very inconvenient. the bed triggered my allergies, leading to red rashes all over my legs.
